Veuillez tenir compte des points suivants : Un broyeur planétaire PULVERISETTE 5/4 classic line doit être complété d'au moins 4 bols de broyage de votre choix et du nombre approprié de billes de broyage. D'autre part, le matériau des bols de broyage doit être plus dur que celui du matériau à broyer. Dans des conditions normales, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont composés du même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante. Tenir compte du volume utile car il diffère du volume du bol.

  • Autres informations

    Les billes de broyage de diamètre maximum ou égal à 3 mm doivent être pesées. Le tableau précédent indique la masse requise par bol de broyage.

    Il est possible de réduire la quantité de billes de broyage de jusqu'à 15 %, ce qui peut provoquer une abrasion supérieure à celle prévue. Le remplissage de billes par bol indiqué est la quantité minimum et peut devoir être augmentée si le comportement du matériau l'exige.

    En règle générale, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont fabriqués dans le même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante.

Choisissez au moins 4 bols de broyage adaptés au volume de vos échantillons, parmi les tailles 500 ml, 250 ml et 80 ml disponibles. Vous trouverez des détails concernant le volume utile dans l'aide à la sélection.
Les bols de broyage de 80 ml sont mis en place dans leur support avec un adaptateur, fixés soit superposés par 2 (donc pour un total de 8 bols de broyage), soit 1 par 1. Nous proposons tous les bols de broyage en 6 matériaux différents afin de toujours obtenir le meilleur résultat de broyage. Nous évitions ainsi, de manière ciblée, toute contamination des échantillons résultant d'une abrasion indésirable

  • Autres informations

    Les billes de broyage de diamètre maximum ou égal à 3 mm doivent être pesées. Le tableau précédent indique la masse requise par bol de broyage.

    Il est possible de réduire la quantité de billes de broyage de jusqu'à 15 %, ce qui peut provoquer une abrasion supérieure à celle prévue. Le remplissage de billes par bol indiqué est la quantité minimum et peut devoir être augmentée si le comportement du matériau l'exige.

    En règle générale, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont fabriqués dans le même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante.

Nous proposons des billes de broyage de différents diamètres compris entre 0,1 et 40 mm et en 6 matériaux différents. Nous évitons ainsi toute contamination des échantillons résultant d'une abrasion indésirable, de manière ciblée. Le nombre de billes recommandé par bol de broyage est indiqué dans l'aide à la sélection.

Nous recommandons d'utiliser des couvercles à injection de gaz classic line pour effectuer un broyage rapide et sûr sous gaz inerte, une mécano synthèse et une activation.

This Gas Pressure and Temperature Measuring System developed in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Material Research (IFAM) in Dresden, is for use with the Planetary Mills PULVERISETTE 4, PULVERISETTE 5, PULVERISETTE 6 of the FRITSCH classic line transform them into analytical measurement systems.
Through the continuous direct measurement of gas pressure and temperature, it is possible to monitor thermal effects as well as physical and chemical reactions or pressure variations within the grinding bowl. To achieve this, the grinding bowl is simply used with a radio transmitter located in the lid, without any modification to the mill itself. The monitored data is passed by a receiver to a computer running a special WINDOWSTM programme and allows for graphical presentation of the measurement values and collating them in an ExcelTM table.

Advantages of the GTM System
The GTM-System can be used wherever batch quantities are ground in a totally enclosed container. Special grinding bowls made of stainless steel in capacities 250 ml and 500 ml are available.


The GTM-System provides valuable information
• Investigations in the area of mechanical alloying for the production of new amorphous and nano-crystalline materials
• Monitoring and optimisation of grinding processes in industrial applications
Through measurement of the grinding bowl temperature, it is possible to make an integral statement on temperature as a process variable that takes account of the effects of all friction, impact and transformation processes. The continuous and highly sensitive measurement of the gas pressure in the grinding bowl allows the detection of very rapid reactions. The measured gas pressure describes, amongst other things, the interactions of the gas with the surfaces created during grinding (adsorption and desorption of gases).
Extremely rapid phase formations can for the first time be observed IN SITU as an adiabatic process without heat exchange from the system.
Adjustment of the grinding parameters rotational speed, balls/ sample material ratio and grinding time can be performed first time without expensive, time-consuming and abortive trials.
Due to precise measurement of reaction times, for example, new materials can be prepared through specific addition of reaction partners, or produced with special mechano-chemical properties.
