Veuillez tenir compte des points suivants : Un micro-broyeur planétaire PULVERISETTE 5 premium line doit être complété d'au moins 2 bols de broyage de votre choix et du nombre approprié de billes de broyage. D'autre part, le matériau des bols de broyage doit être plus dur que celui du matériau à broyer. En règle générale, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont fabriqués dans le même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols plus grands et plus lourds et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure, et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante. Tenir compte du volume utile car il diffère du volume du bol.

  • Autres informations

    Les billes de broyage de diamètre maximum ou égal à 3 mm doivent être pesées. Le tableau précédent indique la masse requise par bol de broyage.

    Le remplissage de billes par bol indiqué est la quantité minimum et peut devoir être augmentée si le comportement du matériau l'exige. Il est possible de réduire la quantité de billes de broyage de jusqu'à 15 %, ce qui peut provoquer une abrasion supérieure à celle prévue. En général, les plus petites billes de broyage permettent d'otenir des résultats de broyage plus fins.

    En règle générale, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont fabriqués dans le même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante.

Choisissez au moins 2 bols de broyage adapté au volume de l'échantillon ; ils existent dans les tailles 500 ml, 250 ml et 160 ml. Vous trouverez des détails concernant le volume utile dans l'aide à la sélection. Tous les bols de broyage de la série FRITSCH premium line sont sertis d'acier inoxydable, présentent un repère et présentent tous le même diamètre intérieur, quel que soit leur contenu.
Nous proposons tous les bols de broyage en 4 matériaux différents afin de toujours obtenir le meilleur résultat de broyage. Nous évitons ainsi toute contamination des échantillons résultant d'une abrasion indésirable, de manière ciblée.

    Les billes de broyage de diamètre maximum ou égal à 3 mm doivent être pesées. Le tableau précédent indique la masse requise par bol de broyage.

    Le remplissage de billes par bol indiqué est la quantité minimum et peut devoir être augmentée si le comportement du matériau l'exige. Il est possible de réduire la quantité de billes de broyage de jusqu'à 15 %, ce qui peut provoquer une abrasion supérieure à celle prévue. En général, les plus petites billes de broyage permettent d'otenir des résultats de broyage plus fins.

    En règle générale, le bol de broyage et les billes utilisés sont fabriqués dans le même matériau. Pour réduire la durée de broyage, il est possible d'utiliser des bols et des billes de broyage de densité supérieure et donc d'appliquer une énergie de rupture plus importante.

Nous proposons des billes de broyage de différents diamètres compris entre 0,1 et 40 mm et en  matériaux différents. Nous évitons ainsi toute contamination des échantillons résultant d'une abrasion indésirable, de manière ciblée. Le nombre de billes recommandé par bol de broyage est indiqué dans l'aide à la sélection.

En utilisant les bols de broyage EASY GTM à couvercle spécial et à émetteur, vous transformez votre PULVERISETTE 5 premium line en un système analytique de mesure destiné à représenter les valeurs de pression et de température inhérentes au broyage.
Nous recommandons d'utiliser des couvercles à injection de gaz premium line pour effectuer un broyage rapide et sûr sous gaz inerte, une mécano synthèse et une activation.

The software MillControl enables the automatic control of the Planetary Micro Mill PULVERISETTE 7 and Planetary Mill PULVERISETTE 5 premium line and validation of the grinding process. The actual rotational speed and power consumption are checked and documented. The software is a distinct safety feature, since overpressure and a rise in temperature are avoided and defects on the mill and a sticking of the sample material prevented.
