Veuillez tenir compte des points suivants : Chaque broyeur à disques FRITSCH PULVERISETTE 13 classic line doit être équipé au moins d'un disque de broyage fixe et d'un disque de broyage mobile. Ils sont disponibles en 4 matériaux différents. En règle générale, les disques de broyage choisis sont du même matériau, dont la dureté doit toujours être supérieure à celle de l'échantillon à broyer.
Le broyeur à disques PULVERISETTE 13 classic line est également disponible avec un revêtement intérieur intégral de la chambre de broyage en polymère, lorsque le broyage doit avoir lieu sans métaux.

Veuillez choisir au moins un disque de broyage fixe et un disque de broyage mobile. Vous avez le choix entre différents matériaux. Les disques de broyage en oxyde de zirconium sont adaptés uniquement au broyage des matériaux céramiques, minéraux et équivalents, mais en aucun cas à celui des échantillons durs et tenaces, en métal par exemple.

Accessoires de broyage sans métaux

Pour obtenir un broyage sans aucun métal d'échantillons de matériau solide dur-cassant et mi-dur, de céramique dentaire par exemple, il est possible d'appliquer un revêtement intérieur complet en polymère dans le PULVERISETTE 13 classic line FRITSCH, si vous le souhaitez, et de l'équiper de disques de broyage en oxyde de zirconium, afin d'empêcher toute contamination métallique.

For completely metal-free grinding of hard-brittle and medium-hard solid samples, for example for dental ceramics, we can equip your FRITSCH Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13 classic line with a thorough polymer interior coating – together with grinding disks made of zirconium oxide* – an absolutely reliable protection against metal contamination.


Please note: fixed and movable grinding disks made of zirconium oxide are additionally necessary:

The exhaust system, dust category "M" according to DIN EN 60335-2-69 for 230 V/1~, 50/60 Hz, 1000 Watt is versatile:


For combination with the high performance and small volume cyclones.
To operate the FRITSCH Cyclones you need an exhaust system. The strong airflow ensures simple feeding, increases throughput, and reduces the thermal load of the samples. The high performance and small volume Cyclone separator can be combined with Universal-Cutting Mill PULVERISETTE 19, the Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE premium line and classic line even passive – without sample exhaust.


For cooling of the Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 premium line
By connecting the exhaust system with the connecting piece order no. 14.4214.00, the cooling of the mill can easily be enhanced.


For combination with the Jaw Crusher PULVERISETTE 1 premium line
The exhaust system is simply connected and operated via a start and stop button on the instrument – perfect dust exhaust due to integrated dust exhaust channels for dust free operation.


For connecting to Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13 premium line
The exhaust is simply connected to the PULVERISETTE 13 premium line and operated via a start and stop button on the instrument – for dust free comminution.


For connecting to the Jaw Crusher PULVERISETTE 1, Modell I + II classic line
Simply connect the exhaust system to the integrated connection of the PULVERISETTE 1. Fine dust arising during comminution is automatically removed. The exhaust system is also very useful when cleaning the grinding parts.


For connecting to the Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13 classic line
Optionally, the exhaust system can be combined with the connecting piece order no. 13.1450.00, to the PULVERISETTE 13 classic line. Fine dust arising during comminution is automatically removed. The exhaust system is also very useful when cleaning the grinding parts.

The dust exhaust system enables a dust-free grinding and is used for sucking off fine dust developed during in the grinding process in the top of the grinding chamber. It can also be used for the cleaning of the grinding parts.

La combinaison du broyeur à disques PULVERISETTE 13 classic line et du concasseur à mâchoires PULVERISETTE 1 classic line est la solution idéale pour les applications de pré-broyage et de broyage fin, surtout de quantités importantes de matériau grossier. Les deux instruments sont fixés sur un châssis de montage commun et reliés par une goulotte de déversement ; ils broient automatiquement l'échantillon pour le réduire d'une taille initiale pouvant atteindre 95 mm à une granulométrie finale de 100 μm – rapidement, simplement et efficacement, en une seule opération.

A mounting rack with chute in combination with the Jaw Crusher PULVERISETTE 1 classic line (Model I + II) and the Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13 classic line make it possible to grind up to 95 mm feed material down to a final fineness of 100 µm in a single process.


Continuous operation
With the use of the mounting rack and delivery chute, the Jaw Crusher PULVERISETTE 1 classic line (Model I + II) can be used for continuous operation. Conversion kit for the continuous operation of the Disk Mill PULVERISETTE 13 classic line on request.
